Our Glass Design Factory

Fitzpatrick Glass Studios started as Glass Fantasies in Olde Towne Gaithersburg in 1990.  Glass Fantasies was a store front that offered stained glass classes and supplies as well as commission work and a glass gallery featuring glass blown items from around the United States.  Classes ranged from beginner to advanced in a large variety of glass art techniques.  Special workshops featured the industries best artists such as

• Ken Leap
• Gil Reynolds
• Newy Fagan
• Dan Fenton

In 2002 Fitzpatrick Glass Studios started with a studio at owner Tony Glander's home and one in the City of Gaithersburg's newly renovated Arts Barn.  The new studio focused on classes and custom work. 

In 2018 Tony started as the Education Director at Anything in Stained Glass to schedule and coordinate classes by the best art glass instructors from around the country.  Check the schedule today.  During the Covid virus- feel free to make an appointment with Tony for any stained or fused glass question- the first 10 minutes are FREE!
